Why is the history of this stock on yahoo only last been updated January 7th?
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=TLTD.PK

And what does a 5: 1 stock split mean? What does any sort of stock split mean for that matter. I see it mentioned for stocks a lot. Im new and any information would be nice.

Thanks!

5 : 1 split means you get five shares for every one share you have.

in the case above it means a forward split.

this will devalue the stock.
but are also awarding it shareholder.

like giving out dividend so to speak.

it means for every share you own it will turn into 5 shares . example you own a 100 shares at .50 it will turn into 500 shares at .10. same money but more shares.

Hello,

Is there any law that says that I can't invest IRAs into the
stock market? If I can, then how does taxes work for this
scenario? I know you are supposed to pay 20% for the
long-term capital gains and the normal rate for the
short-term. Am I supposed to keep track of every details,
so that when I am finally ready to take out $$ (say, 30
years from now) from IRAs, I can correctly determine the tax
rates? (sounds crazy...)

Thank you.

Hello,
Any stock that stays technically strong (rising in price & rising On-Balance-Volume) in the current market can be worth a look. You just need to find the correct entry to minimize your risk for the trade. Check out: http://www.sharesmadeeasy.com . This website highlights such stocks trading on the NASDAQ and NYSE.
